Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Eligible Items
• Unused lenses in original packaging
• Items with manufacturing defects
Non-Eligible Items
• Used or scratched lenses
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Final sale items
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at contact@oakleyreplacementlens.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different lens color or tint. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and indicate your preferred replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warranty
Our lenses come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover scratches, breakage, or damage from misuse.
EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (European Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period."
In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by clicking the button below. You will be asked to confirm your withdrawal and provide your name and order details. A confirmation will be sent to you by email.
Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation email and process your refund to the original form of payment within 14 days.
